Terms of Service – Akle
Whenever the following capitalized terms are used in these Terms of Service, they shall be understood as:
1) Website - the website operated by the Service Provider under the name "Akle", providing information and subscription-based meal plans;
2) Personal Data - information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person ("data subject") as defined by UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection;
3) Meal Plan - the subscription-based Lebanese home-style meal plans, information about which is presented on the Website and which may be the subject of a Customer Order;
4) Business Days - days from Monday to Friday, excluding UAE public holidays;
5) Payment Services Provider - the online payment gateway Telr, enabling the Customer to pay for the Order using Credit/Debit Cards, Apple Pay, or Google Pay;
6) Customer - a natural person with full legal capacity or a legal entity using the Website;
7) Consumer - a natural person who uses the Website or submits an Order for personal, non-business purposes;
8) Account - an individual Customer account on the Website, enabling the use of its functionalities, including submitting Orders;
9) Service Provider - Taste Yup Sandwich Shop LLC, Dubai Mainland, License No. 1194707, UAE;
10) Order - the Meal Plan selected by the Customer as the subject of an offer made via the Website;
11) Force Majeure - any event beyond the control of the Service Provider and the Customer, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or acts of God;
12) Sales Contract - a contract concluded between the Customer and the Service Provider for the provision of Meal Plans.
1. These Terms of Service set out the rules for the provision of meal plan subscriptions by the Service Provider, including the operation of the Website, the conditions for placing Orders, payments, delivery, and dispute resolution.

1. The Service Provider offers subscription-based Lebanese home-style meal plans across the UAE. A 3-day test plan is also available.
2. All subscriptions include early morning delivery to the specified address.
3. The Service Provider reserves the right to modify menus based on ingredient availability.
1. The Customer must have a device with internet access and a valid email address to place Orders.
2. Payments are processed securely via Telr using Credit/Debit cards, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
1. Orders must be placed before 12 PM (noon) for next-day delivery.
2. Customers may pause or reschedule their plan once within a 30-day bracket due to travel or health reasons. Requests must be made by email (info@yupdxb.com) or mobile (+971 50 201 6270).
3. Refunds are not provided once the plan is confirmed. Customers may only pause or reschedule as per policy.
1. Delivery is available across Dubai and neighboring Emirates.
2. Deliveries are made early morning on selected days, including weekends unless otherwise specified.
3. The Service Provider is not responsible for orders left unattended at the Customer's request.

2. Available payment methods include:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
- Apple Pay and Google Pay via Telr
3. Discounts may be offered for longer subscription plans as displayed on the Website.

2. The Service Provider will address complaints in good faith. If no resolution is reached, disputes will be handled by Dubai Courts.
1. The Service Provider is not responsible for health issues, allergies, or dietary restrictions not communicated in advance by the Customer.
2. The Service Provider is not liable for delivery delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or Force Majeure events.
1. Data may be used for order fulfillment, marketing, and communication purposes, with Customer consent.
1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the UAE, with exclusive jurisdiction of Dubai Courts.
2. The Terms of Service are available on the Website and may be updated by the Service Provider with prior notice to Customers.
